Your Need Help sign-in account and unnecessary current account data are removed. Your active public identity is anonymised. Limited transaction, payment, tax or regulatory records and support, safety, fraud-prevention, review or audit history may still be retained where Need Help has a lawful reason to keep them.

Retained personal information is kept separate from ordinary marketplace use, with restricted access, and is reviewed for deletion or de-identification when the lawful retention purpose ends.

If you used Helper payouts, Need Help closes the platform-managed Stripe payout account when applicable. Stripe may still retain payment-processor records that it is required or permitted to keep under its own legal and regulatory obligations.

If you have active jobs, unresolved money, payouts, disputes or open support/safety matters, you can still request deletion now. Permanent deletion stays pending until those obligations are resolved. It does not finish automatically; return to this page and choose Finish permanent deletion once no blockers remain.
